1. About Block Kaching

Block Kaching is a hyperlocal peer-to-peer services marketplace operated by UniopX Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "Block Kaching"). The platform connects residents within the same Housing & Development Board (HDB) neighbourhood to buy and sell everyday services.

We act solely as a technology intermediary. We are not a party to any service agreement between Buyers and Providers and do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any Provider.

2. Eligibility

3. Accounts & Display Names

Each user may hold one account. Your display name must:

Display name changes are permitted once every 30 days. Postal code changes to your registered profile address are similarly locked to a 30-day interval.

4. Listings

Providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all listings. Listing locations are tied to the Provider's registered profile postal code at the time of booking. Providers are responsible for keeping their profile postal code current.

Block Kaching reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies without notice or compensation.

5. Fees & Payments

Buyer charges: Buyers pay the listing price plus a non-refundable 3% service fee at the time of booking. The service fee is charged on the listing price and is retained by Block Kaching regardless of outcome.

Provider charges: Block Kaching deducts a flat 15% platform fee from the listing price before disbursing the Provider's payout. This fee covers platform operations and payment processing. No separate payment gateway fee is displayed to the Provider.

Payment methods: PayNow is the default and preferred payment method. Card payments are also accepted with a minimum transaction value of S$10.

Example: For a S$100 listing — the Buyer pays S$103 (S$100 + 3% service fee). Block Kaching retains S$15 (15% platform fee) and S$3 (service fee). The Provider receives S$85.

6. Provider Payout

Payouts are disbursed to the Provider's registered PayNow mobile number following successful order completion and the expiry of any applicable dispute window. Payout timelines are typically 7–14 working days from order completion.

Providers are solely responsible for ensuring their registered PayNow number is correct, active, and able to receive funds. Block Kaching does not verify PayNow numbers prior to disbursement and does not conduct secondary checks on payout details.

⚠️ Block Kaching is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected payouts resulting from an incorrect or inactive PayNow number provided by the Provider. Providers must update their payout number by updating their registered mobile number.

7. Order Completion & Auto-Complete

Once a service has been delivered, the Provider may mark the order as "Done". The Buyer then has 12 hours to raise a dispute. If no dispute is raised within this window, the order is automatically marked as completed and the payout is queued for disbursement.

Buyers should only confirm completion if they are satisfied with the service delivered. Auto-completion does not preclude Buyers from raising a subsequent dispute where fraud or material misrepresentation is established.

8. Refunds & Disputes

Block Kaching operates the following refund policy for all transactions on the platform:

Disputes must be raised within the 12-hour auto-complete window following the Provider marking an order as done. Block Kaching's decision on disputes is final and binding.

Block Kaching facilitates payment processing only and is not a party to the service agreement between Buyer and Provider. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any service listed on the platform.

9. Price Adjustments

Providers may propose a price adjustment (upward or downward) after a booking request is received, prior to order confirmation. Buyers must accept any adjustment before the booking is confirmed. Block Kaching is not responsible for any dispute arising from price adjustments agreed to between Buyers and Providers.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:
